OFFICIAL RULES:
1. No purchase necessary.
2. To enter, use a touchtone phone to call 1-888-ABC-U-WIN after 12 a.m. EDT September 1, 1996, but before 11:59 p.m. EDT, September 18, 1996, and follow the voice prompts you will hear. Only one entry per household. If you call to enter more than once, your call will be terminated. A maximum of 1,000,000 calls will be accepted, after which time no further entries will be accepted.
3. Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted by Dryden And Petisi Promotion LLC, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final, and which will endeavor to notify each winner at least 24 hours but no less than eight hours in advance of the time the prize will be awarded. In the event we are unable to contact you at least eight hours in advance, an alternate winner will be selected. If the winner is a minor, the prize will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian.
4. If you are selected as a winner, you will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release. Within 24 hours after you execute the release, an ABC camera crew will arrive at your front door between 8 p.m.-11 p.m. (7 p.m.-10 p.m. Central and Mountain Times) to award your prize. Complete details will be contained in the affidavit of eligibility and publicity release. In the event you do not sign the affidavit at least six hours before the prize is scheduled to be awarded, an alternate winner will be selected. TN winners will not be required to execute a publicity release.
5. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winners will be notified by phone and in person, and may wish to consult with an attorney and/or accountant before they sign the affidavit. Winners grant consent to ABC and General Motors to use their names/likenesses in a special TV promotional advertisement and in any other way sponsors deem fit for publicity purposes without further consideration.
6. Sweepstakes open only to residents of the 50 U.S. states. Employees and their immediate families of Cap Cities/ABC, General Motors, their advertising and promotion agencies, and Dryden And Petisi Promotion LLC, are not eligible. Game is void in Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and where it is prohibited, restricted, changed or altered in whole or in part by law.

7. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any telecommunications problems which may delay or prevent entries from being received.
8. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
9. Prizes: One 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix GT Sedan (approximate retail value, $21,734) will be awarded each night for seven consecutive nights, beginning Sunday, September 15 and ending Saturday, September 21. For purposes of the award taping, winning cars will be strictly show cars. Within 2-3 weeks after taping, winners will be contacted by DMB&B (Pontiac's Advertising Agency) with procedures required for ordering actual prize vehicle from their local Pontiac dealership. Winners must not contact dealership themselves. Upon ordering, winners must allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Winners will be responsible for all taxes, registration, licensing fees and insurance, and must present a valid driver's license upon delivery of the prize vehicle. All costs due to any upgrades and/or additional options to the vehicle are the winner's responsibility. Prize vehicle cannot be substituted, exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. If prize is won by a minor, it will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian.
10. By taking part in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these rules, and all decisions of the judging organization shall be final.
12. For a winners' list, send a self-addressed stamped #10 envelope after September 17, 1996 but before October 31, 1996 to ABC Grand Prix-Miere Winners' List, c/o Dryden And Petisi Promotion LLC, 1599 Post Road East Westport, CT 06880.
